Celebrate the Regional Perinatal Service Center turning 30

An around-the-clock support program for at-risk expecting moms hits an important milestone.

Launched under the visionary guidance of Don Dyson, MD, in 1991, the Regional Perinatal Service Center (RPSC) was established to support at-risk expecting moms and their families with the best possible outcomes through collaborative monitoring and 24-7 assistance.

“Because of the collaboration that we have between our clinics and the Regional Perinatal Service Center we’re able to provide excellent care with science behind it,” said Nancy Goler, MD, associate executive director, The Permanente Medical Group.

This short video gives you a peek inside the RPSC as Kaiser Permanente honors the dedicated staff (and healthy babies!) who have proved this mission successful for 30 years.

“Every day we get to make a difference in our patients’ lives,” said Caryn Rybczynski, MD, medical director of the RPSC.
