The Regional HR Command Center continues to be available to assist individuals impacted by the North Bay fires, although the telephone support office hours will change as the demand has slowed down.  Please note the following office hour changes. 

1. 1. Friday, October 13 – 6:00 am to 11:00 pm
   2. Saturday, October 14 and Sunday, October 15 – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
   3. Please leave a voice mail during afterhours and we will return your call within 24 hours
   4. We will continue to monitor demands and adjust office hour support as needed 

On-site support in Pinole and Novato office hours

Novato – 7200 Redwood Blvd., Novato (2^nd Floor)

1. 1. Friday, October 13 – 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
