The Special Olympics World Games open in Los Angeles next week, but Kaiser Permanente employees in downtown Oakland had their chance to enjoy the spirit of the games, too. On July 14, a crowd warmly welcomed Special Olympics athletes and a contingent of international law enforcement officers as they made a stop on the final leg of the Special Olympics Torch Run.
