Lasting lifestyle changes after heart attack

A health crisis resulted in a Kaiser Permanente member eating better, exercising.

Kaiser Permanente member Eric Jackson was at work when he began feeling what he described as heartburn in his chest. He went to the Emergency Department at our South Sacramento Medical Center where he was diagnosed as suffering a major heart attack. See how Jackson used this to make lasting change with help from his care team.
